Q1:Why isn't my SK02 working?
Press and hold the volume button for 3 seconds to power on.
Please make sure the 2-in-1 USB Type-C plug is fully inserted into the source device.
Restart your computer and reconnect the SK02, then select SK02 as the sound output device.
If you're using an Android phone, check that both USB debugging and OTG functions are enabled in your phone settings.
Also, try using a different USB OTG cable to rule out any cable-related issues.
Try to connect it to different sources.
