1. If the connected displays do not support the same resolution then the splitter will lower the output resolution to the next best resolution supported by both displays and the same goes with the audio signal.

2. To get 4K@60Hz Resolution, please make sure the source and HDMI cable support 4K@60Hz, and the HDMI cable (input and output) within 5m (3.28 feet).

3. If your displays have different resolutions, we highly recommend you connect the highest resolution display with outpot 1.
