About Return And Refund:

(A)If buyer want to return the items he ordered which has nothing to do with quality, he will be responsible for the damage or loss when he send the item back. And we will refund ASAP after we receive it.
(B)The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items except for quality problems or wrong item.

About Signature & Return & Refund:
(A)We sign agreement with most delivery companies,so if the item you order is fragile or easily having problem, please check the parcel in the front of the carrier before you finish signing and take photos as proof with which we could ask for compensation from delivery company.
(B)We will resend a new whole items(or parts)or refund to you if you get an incorrect item, broken item or missing parts from us.
(C)After you receive the item then find it is not what indeed, you could return it to us, but the item have to keep in good condition, and you have to afford the shipping fees.
