The DVJ233 is crafted from a blend of 86% polyester and 14% elastane. Its leaf-shaped embossed texture effectively reduces skin contact, accelerating the wicking of sweat, whilst an antimicrobial additive provides long-lasting protection against odours. The 3D contour cut hugs the muscle groups, and the highly elastic fabric stretches freely with your movements without restriction. Zoned ventilation at the front and back ensures continuous sweat wicking and temperature regulation whilst cycling. Front panel + back panel

Crafted from a breathable mesh fabric with a leaf-pattern design, composed of 86% polyester and 14% elastane. The unique textured design enhances airflow, channelling evaporating sweat much like the veins of a leaf. The large-area openwork structure combines moisture-wicking and antibacterial properties, effectively suppressing odours and bacterial growth in the sweat-prone areas of the back, whilst enhancing the garment’s stretch and elasticity to ensure a perfect fit for the cycling posture.

Behind the shoulder, pocket area:

Made from a plain-weave fabric using virgin yarn, composed of 86% polyester and 14% elastane, it is lightweight, soft and supple, whilst offering both durability and resistance to stretching, ensuring it remains stable and retains its shape even when carrying items such as mobile phones and energy bars.

Professional, Smooth-Running YKK Zips

The front placket features a carefully selected white-toothed YKK professional sports-grade zip. As the industry benchmark, YKK ensures smooth, seamless operation without jamming; it maintains exceptional grip even after repeated use, preventing the embarrassment of the zip coming undone whilst cycling.

3 rear pockets

The back pockets feature 2 cm of hot-melt adhesive, which reduces the need for stitching whilst preserving the fabric’s comfort and functionality, making them more durable. Two additional pocket patches have also been added to reinforce the pockets, ensuring a more comfortable and safer ride.

Hem Front Rear Differential Anti Slide Anchors

Front hem (1cm hot melt cut edge): An ultra narrow heat sealed edge effectively prevents the front panel from riding up and bunching at the abdomen, ensuring no excess fabric overlap for shorter riders.

Rear hem (4.5cm dotpattern elastic band): A widewidth siliconedot printed elastic band uses a multi point matrix anti slide texture. Compared to fullcoverage silicone, the dot pattern improves breathability by 60% while maintaining strong grip. The rear hem anchors firmly against skin or bib shorts, so whether during intense outofsaddle efforts or over rough terrain, it stays locked over the waistline no wind or water ingress from the rear.

Washing and care

①Please wash it promptly after each use.
②Proper washing will keep the fabric in good condition for a longer time, allowing you to have a more comfortable riding.
③Recommended water temperature below 30℃, machine wash recommended to use soft washing mode. Do not dry cleaning.
④Please close any zippers or buckles on your cycling wearing during the washing process and avoid mixing with other sharp objects.
⑤During washing, do not bleach, do not use softener, do not soak.
Wash and dry naturally, do not use dryer, iron or expose to sunlight.
