Aero Striped Woven Fabric

This is the most technologically advanced area of the jersey. The woven structure is denser and crisper than knits, and the surface micro-stripe texture effectively disrupts boundary layer airflow, reducing drag. The 36% high elastane content ensures impressive elasticity despite the firm handfeel, providing a snug, aerodynamic wrap around the arms.

Lower Front Fabric: 20D Polyester-Spandex Horizontal Stripe 4-Way Stretch

Crafted from 68% polyester and 32% elastane, this 20D fabric is extremely lightweight and thin as a cicada's wing, with a soft, almost baby-skin feel. The 4-way stretch ensures the front panel never feels tight or bunched up when you're in a tucked riding position. Its ultra-high breathability prevents heat buildup in the abdominal area — it's the "invisible zone" you won't even notice during low-position riding.

Lower Back: Recycled Eco-Friendly Yarn Plain Weave Fabric

Crafted from 86% polyester and 14% spandex, this eco-friendly yarn-dyed plain weave fabric is specifically designed for the back panel of cycling apparel. It features quick-drying properties to eliminate stickiness, high elasticity for four-way stretch and a snug fit, and UPF 50+ protection for long-lasting sun protection. By transforming discarded plastic bottles into high-performance cycling gear, it demonstrates that high performance and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Lower Front Hem: 2cm Hot Melt Adhesive Tape

The heat-bonded adhesive tape replaces traditional stitching, eliminating raised seams and merging seamlessly with the fabric. It ensures the front hem stays flat against the abdomen without curling when you're bent over, reducing layered friction with your bib shorts and maintaining a clean, aerodynamic front silhouette.

4.5cm Raindrop Pattern Gripper Elastic

More than twice as wide as the front hem, this extra-wide design distributes pressure across the waist. The raindrop-shaped texture increases static friction against your bib shorts, preventing the jersey from riding up during climbs or aggressive out-of-saddle efforts. The inside is often complemented with silicone dots for dual anti-slip security.

Pocket System

3 Rear Pockets + 2cm Reflective Strip + Reinforcements
The classic three-pocket layout provides ample storage for long rides. A 2cm high-brightness reflective strip runs across the top of the pockets, creating a horizontal warning line in low-light conditions. Additional reinforcement patches on both sides of the pocket openings prevent tearing from frequent use.

White Exposed-Tooth YKK

The white exposed-tooth YKK zipper reduces front bulk and creates a clean contrast against the Glacier-themed colors.

Curved High-Visibility Reflective Strips

Unlike ordinary straight narrow tape, the curved design follows the lateral contour of the body for a more dynamic look. Made from high-refractive-index glass beads or prismatic reflective material, it produces a strong retroreflective glow under headlights, significantly improving side visibility during night or twilight riding.

Washing and care

①Please wash it promptly after each use.
②Proper washing will keep the fabric in good condition for a longer time, allowing you to have a more comfortable riding.
③Recommended water temperature below 30℃, machine wash recommended to use soft washing mode. Do not dry cleaning.
④Please close any zippers or buckles on your cycling wearing during the washing process and avoid mixing with other sharp objects.
⑤During washing, do not bleach, do not use softener, do not soak.
Wash and dry naturally, do not use dryer, iron or expose to sunlight.
